The funds from this grant directly provided needy evacuees with perishable food items allowing the Outreach Center to extend more comprehensive relief services and resources to families impacted by the storms.

Thanks to American Express Center for Community Development (CCD), for their generous grant of $20,000 in support of the Outreach Center. Funds from this grant will provide comprehensive long-term assistance to 150 low and moderate income individuals and families impacted by the catastrophic level of loss caused by hurricanes Katrina and Rita.
