Experienced Shelter Care Residential Managers
Lighthouse Shelter for Women and Children
Based on the increased need in the community The Outreach Center is increasing our team to better serve our clients. We are currently seeking experienced Shelter Care Residential Managers to offer long term care to shelter residents. Experience is preferred; Individuals with good interpersonal and organizational skills are encouraged to apply.
Duties to include:
- Enforce and Maintain house rules within The Lighthouse Shelter
- Maintain, document and complete client contact sheets, rule violations, bed lists, and client and shelter activities
- Complete and document hourly rounds of residential areas
- Input data of Lighthouse residents and prepare reports
- Monitor the completion/compliance of residential chores
- Monitor and record self-administration of medications, prescribed/non-prescribed
- Complete client discharge papers
- Monitor the upkeep of the outside grounds

Licensed Clinician (LCSW or LPC)
